Maintenance & Refurb

Refurbishment and maintenance of existing plumbing and heating systems are another service that the company offers.

A dedicated after care team is always on hand to ensure that any newly installed systems run smoothly following hand over at project completion.

Heating & Mechanical

Heating and mechanical systems, traditional and renewable energy, are designed and installed by the company. Large scale commercial projects are delivered on time and on budget for a range of respected clients, from Major Main Contractors to local councils. See more here.

Electrical & Design Work

Parker PHS also routinely undertake electrical projects as part of a combined Mechanical & Electrical services package (some recent works are included here or a member of the team will be happy to discuss capabilities further). The company also offers bespoke design work for a variety of related needs; from kitchen or bathroom installations, to multi-property mechanical systems.
